Initial Contact

During the first phone call, we’ll review your ideas and project and then schedule an initial meeting at your home.

Initial Meeting and Project Analysis

We ask that all decision makers attend the first meeting so we can review your expectations and concerns, answer any questions and discuss our process.  If you feel there is a good fit with our Company, we will discuss next steps.

During the Project Analysis, we become familiar with your remodeling needs and get to know each other.

We review sample materials and colors, take pictures and measurements.  After all the selections have been made, a detailed Proposal is prepared.

A  follow-up meeting will be scheduled to review the Proposal with you in your home and make any changes.

Construction Process

A Pre-Construction Meeting will be held prior to the start of Construction.  We will gather any special requirements from you and review the construction process and timelines with you.  During the course of the Project, we update you with scheduled activities, progress reports and expectations.

Communication is very important during Construction and your continual input is helpful as we progress throughout the varied stages of your remodel.  Punchlists completed during each phase ensure that all trades finish their part for a smooth transition.

Project Completion

A final walk-through will be conducted and any small punchlist items will be noted and scheduled for completion in a timely manner.

The “After” pictures will be taken and we’ll admire the completed Project.
We’ll present the final invoice and payment will be received.

During the last meeting, we’ll discuss the process and review a survey for you to complete on our service.

We’ll send you the survey within a few weeks of the project, and appreciate your input so we can continually improve.
