1. What is your turn-around time for service
calls?
Emergency calls- It is not unusual for us to
have a Service Specialist on the job within two hours. If parts need to
be ordered, we will provide a temporary fix to the problem and complete
the repair promptly.
Regular calls- Service calls are typically completed within
2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
2. Are estimates necessary for all jobs?
Estimates are not needed for small jobs and projects.
Once you call LoneStar Property Solutions, we will ask a few questions
to better determine your need. Most likely, we can schedule a Service
Specialist to handle your requests within 1-2 days.
3. Is any job too small?
No, all requests are important and our professional
Service Specialists take pride in helping with your updates and repairs.
4. Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free. Just contact LoneStar Property
Solutions via phone call or email and we will be happy to schedule a time
to meet with you and provide a solutions-based estimate. Our job is to
make your life easier.
5. Do you have insurance?
LoneStar Property Solutions is fully covered. Our
certificate of insurance is available upon request.
6. How do I place a service call?
Service calls may be placed on line (see Contact
page) or via phone. Please call 817-590-4499 for immediate attention.
7. What are your hours?
Normal business hours are Monday Saturday:
8:00 am 6:00 pm
8. What do you do?
We provide repairs, updates and maintenance solutions
for home owners and businesses, freeing you of concerns over your valuable
property. Some of the services we provide include 1-2 hour jobs and projects:
general handyman, tape and bed, interior and exterior paint, plumbing
and electrical. Larger projects range from: rehabbing an investment property
to completing a build-out for a commercial business to completing a make-ready
for a home-owner preparing to sell. All jobs are customized to your requests.

9. Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes, we do. We are 100% committed to your satisfaction.
If any part of the job does not meet your standards, we will repair it,
replace it or refund your money.
