As the owners of LoneStar Property Solutions, they believe in making a difference. They are totally involved in helping their clients update and repair their properties and treat each home and business as their own. Their approach centers on listening to clients, paying attention to the smallest detail and offering suggestions which enhance their clients’ projects while meeting budget.
Don Fleck’s customer service approach and hard work endear him to their many and varied clients. His background is one of strong operations and management as an officer in the Navy, an MBA and years of logistics and operations in Corporate America. Don is very hands-on with many general skills and is known to pitch in and help his clients wherever needed. LoneStar Property Solutions and Don Fleck have obtained their certification from the EPA as a lead remediation company.
Kathi has a design background and an MBA and manages the process from design to completion as General Contractor. Her corporate background includes working with Fortune 500 companies, managing multiple projects, and supervising sales staff. She provides guidance to her clients from the initial planning stages to coordinating paint colors and tile choices, cabinets and appliances, plumbing and lighting. She helps her clients walk through the entire process, eliminating the stress of pulling the project together.
Kathi is certified as a Universal Design Certified Remodeler (UDCR) and LoneStar Property Solutions is a member of NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry).
Don and Kathi’s biggest joy is taking their clients through the process to the final “Wow” of their new home. They realize the emotional strain remodeling brings to many homeowners and it is this concern that gives them the compassion and commitment their clients appreciate as they move through the remodeling process.
